  • How much do you charge?
    Our basic callout charge is £60 per hour; the majority of jobs are completed within this time. After that we charge £15 per 15 minutes, or part thereof. We endeavour to keep our charges simple and straight forward, without any hidden extras.
    If any equipment or upgrades are needed we can arrange these for you an extra cost. You may also supply these yourself, if you wish to reduce any additional cost.
  • Can you come to me?
    Yes, we come to you at a time that is convenient to you, and complete the job in your home. If we need to take your PC away we wil get back to you within 5 days, we can get it back earlier for a small additional fee. Either way, you never need to leave home.
  • Do you provide telephone and remote support?
    At present we do not offer a remote support service, we have basic diagnostic service available over the phone.
  • Do you work evening and weekend as I’m at work during the day?
    Yes, to make life easier for you we are able to provided support and on-site services during evenings and weekends
  • How can I pay?
    You can pay your bills by all major Credit and Debit cards, by cheque or cash
  • When can I call you?
    You can call/message us at anytime 7 days a week. All calls will be answered in sequence and if we cannot help you immediately you will be able to request a call back at a time to suit you.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We cover most of the Greater London; see our map for more details

  • Call I contact the engineer direct via mobile (please note engineer cannot schedule appointment)?
    Yes, we have an emergency mobile number for your convenience, just in case you cannot reach anyone on the office number, or for example in case you need to make changes to your appointment and the engineer might already be on his way
