Apple Macintosh & PC Support Specialists
Our engineers have extensive knowledge and experience of dealing with both Mac and PC, from hardware repairs and software issues of any type. In addition to this we have applied for Apple Service Centre status so we can cater for warranty repairs.

Software & Hardware upgrades
We take a simple approach to hardware, if you need something we make you aware of it and give you the opportunity to source the part for yourself, or we can get the parts for you at a purchase price agreed before we install, keeping things simple.

Data recovery
The competition like to charge an awful lot of money to recover data from hard disk drives, we don’t like this as it’s a matter of machine time (time taken by a computer to recover the data), we’ll only charge £50 to recover a single hard disk but we will ask you to provide a device or media to copy it to if your drive exceeds 50 gigabytes.

System restoration
If you turn on your pc and find that windows wont load because the disk or operating system can’t be found or even that the drive needs to be formatted, do not panic. Providing the fault is not a physical one (e.g the machine was dropped or received some kind of physical abuse) we can get your data back we can even return the machine to its working state.
Similarly if you have a Mac we can do the same, there’s rarely a need to re-format and lose data if you know what you’re doing, we use the tools provided by Microsoft and Apple and if that fails we use a select choice of trusted non destructive recovery tools to resurrect your drive.

Virus Detection & removal
Unfortunately if your machine IS infected with a virus we can remove it but this is not often effective once the infection has become active on the machine (PC), as in many case code is written to system files that if deleted renders your machine inoperable. If left on you leave yourself open to Trojans, password stealers and backdoor hacks.
Despite what many companies would have you believe once this takes place the only real choice you have is to format the machine and start again.
We recover (backup) and clean your data first, format your machine and re-install & update windows for a fixed fee (£70) and then add a properly configured virus protection from McAfee (£25) at your request.
